INDIA
WhiteHues is a B2B hospitality company creating luxury greenfield retreats, private residences, and boutique hotels across India—with deep roots in forest ecosystems and four generations of experience navigating complex, remote destinations. We led the brand strategy, identity, and website, beginning with workshops that helped the founding team align on what WhiteHues truly stood for before a single design decision was made.

CHALLENGE
WhiteHues came with a strong vision and genuinely divergent internal perspectives on how to express it. Before any design work could begin, we needed to find the convictions everyone in the room could build around. Beyond alignment, the brand had to occupy a specific and uncommon territory—luxury hospitality that leads with land, materiality, and restraint rather than spectacle. The identity also needed to speak a B2B language: credible to global hotel partners and institutional investors, while remaining distinctive enough to attract clients who choose their properties with the same rigour they choose everything else.

CONCEPT
Early workshops surfaced real alignment—and real tension. What emerged was a brand conviction: that luxury in hospitality lives in restraint—in a material chosen for its honesty, a structure that belongs to its landscape, a space designed to hold silence rather than fill it. The identity and website reflect that rigour—tonal photography, architectural type, language that earns its weight. The brand book extends this logic to every internal touchpoint: from floor plans to stationery, each element follows the same discipline. The result is a brand that feels as deliberate as the properties it represents.
